Delivery issue

I ordered a phone and sim plan, because my phone or sim doesnt seem to be receiving messages and i was told its okat because i would receive email pin confirmation for my delivery and my delivery just came and i had no pin and couldn’t collect how do i get my iphone and sim now, i don’t even know where it went and how to collect it

You should have received a delivery time text and a pin via text.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
