Hiya, this may be a silly question, but my contracts are finished for my Apple Watch and laptop but I’m still getting billed each month, is that normal?

Your minimum term has ended not your contracts. If you want to end your contracts speak to EE CS on 150 and give 30 days notice.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
