Hi, so I just ordered a contract phone with EE. I received the phone today everything was fine. Then my service cut out so I went on online chat and was told I need to visit a EE store to verify my ID and proof of address. They said they would of switched my services back on but there’s note from fraud department so they can’t…

what does this mean and why would this happen I am so confused

@Lish0114   You go to a EE store with photo ID and they can then verify it’s actually you.
