I lost my EE Sim

bought new SIM for different provider

would like to keep my previous number

dont have access to my EE sim or number

how can I swap my previous number to my current sim?

@MonicaK  You call customer support or go to a EE store and request a replacement sim, once that sim is activated you can then text PAC to 150.   You then give the code given to the new provider.    Or you could try calling customer support to request the PAC.  You’ll need to pass security checks before EE will issue the PAC
