Cant upgrade online

Anybody experienced not being able to upgrade due to the following error? “Sorry, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.” This error pops up on any phone i try to upgrade to

Are you trying to upgrade early? You can only get a new plan at the same or higher monthly amount if so.

Picking a phone with more storage or a higher starting value will usually give some results.

I had this. Went on live chat and was able to upgrade with an agent.

No but my account says I can upgrade now as mine runs out November
