Cannot connect EE underground Wi-Fi

Hello!

 

I’ve just transferred to EE Payg this month using bank card payment instead of topping up, and I can’t connect to the tube Wi-Fi, no matter restarting my phone or resetting the network settings. I’m wondering what should I do? Do I need to do something to activate it?

Yes. I’ve read all these articles and tried everything they said but still I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi

If you've already followed all of the relevant steps, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check to make sure your account is set up properly.
