My phone will only connect to my wifi for a max of 3 minutes at a time and then says "saved but can't connect". I know the wifi is working fine as its working on other phones and the tv, bought the faster package so it should be able to manage 3 devices. Tried everything google suggested including changing settings on my phone, updating my phone, forgetting the network and reconnecting, restarting my phone and nothing works...
Any ideas?

Thanks for the extra details, @ellsbells3501.
I appreciate you’ve already tried a number of steps to try and resolve this.
As you’ve confirmed the phone works on other WiFi networks, and other devices can connect to your home network without issue, I’d recommend speaking with our technical support team so they can look into this in more detail and advise on the next steps.

Hi @ellsbells3501.
Welcome to the community
Have you had the chance to try connecting your phone to a different WiFi network to see if the same thing happens there too?
When the connection drops, does your phone disconnect from WiFi completely, or does it stay connected and then show "Saved, can't connect" when it tries to reconnect?
Also, are you using any WiFi extenders, mesh discs, or Smart WiFi features?

Hi Debbie,
My phone connects fine to other wifi networks and stays connected.
When it's my home wifi, i have to try a couple times for it to connect and it stays connected for about 3 mins then switches to data even though that has a poorer signal. The wifi tab says "networks available" and when i click on my home wifi to try to connect, it says "connecting" then fails and says "saved", can't connect".
We're only in a small flat, my room is only 10 metres from the modem, and the wifi signal works perfectly on my firestick telly and on my partners phone in the same room. Same issue even when i'm standing right next to the modem.
