Can’t connect to 5G

  • New iPhone 13 pro max Won’t connect to 5G, plan supports it, all settings are correct from what I can tell yet not picking up the signal. Any help would be appreciated!!

@Tcall  Are you in a 5G area ?  

Yeah, my colleague with same phone receiving 5G next to me! 

@Tcall   Is that the same network? 

Are they on the EE Network though, same as you.

Yeah same network! Same plan too. 

If you are certain your plans are identical, the next step would be a 2-way SIM-swap.

 

This would identify whether the issue is with your phone or your account/SIM.
