Can I swap my phone for a different series

I have just upgraded to the iPhone 13 mini am I able to swap it to a different apple device?

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.

You can't just swap the device. 

 

You need to cancel the upgrade if you are within your 14 days cooling off period.

 

Then once the return has been accepted their end you will revert back to your old contract.

 

You can then place a new upgrade order with the device you want.
