As the title states - if I wanted to jump ship to another provider that doesn't offer an Apple Watch plan, am I able to keep the Apple Watch plan with EE and still have it connected to my phone number?
If you left the EE network with your mobile plan, you would no longer be able to use the 4G connectivity to your phone, you could connect using Bluetooth.
