I bought an Apple Watch outright from the Apple Store. My (full works) price plan should let me use my data between phone and watch. I try to add my watch I’m not eligible? I don’t get what the issue is? I’m not asking for an additional line…..I own the watch outright, it’s already part of what I’m paying for. This beggars belief quite frankly

If you're seeing an error when setting this up through the Watch app, then call the team so they can review this for you.

@Dewedrop  it is an additional line even if your tariff offers you watch data.    How long have you had this tariff for ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

7 months and paid my bills on time
