Can you purchase an Apple phone se outright if you already have an iPhone plan

@Mitchy1211      What are you wanting to purchase?   Title is Apple Watch SE you post then says iPhone SE 

EE don’t sell the Apple watch SE without a monthly contract.  You can purchase the iPhone SE from the EE online accessory store in one payment or over 11 months. 

Any cellular watch to be used with a cellular connection will have a monthly tariff for that connection.
