I am having issues with my Apple one subscription. It says on the EE app that it is an active add-on but when I go onto the Apple Music app, it doesn’t register that I have a subscription.

I activated it yesterday. I did receive the text with a link to confirm activation but it said that my mobile number wasn’t recognised.

Are you using the same number your inclusive extra is set up for?
Could you try opening in the link in another browser and trying this again?

I am using the same number.
I have just tried to reopen in a different browser and this is what it says.
