New phone issue

So I have just received my new phone and I transferred all my data over using the simple Apple transfer. And after this it asked if I wanted to reset my previous device so I did. But now I’m having an issue where my SIM card isn’t working in my new phone. Which is an issue because I’m unable to log into my Apple ID without a text code. Which I can’t receive because I have no signal. So I’m stuck with a phone that I can’t do anything with as I can’t even download apps
