Any news on Apple Watch series 10 preorders from EE?

So my order (watch 10 upgrade) is with DPD for delivery, even though there is no dispatch email or DPD order confirmation. 

I chatted with EE today and was provided with a tracking number. And apparently I’ll need a PIN for delivery - I was told this will be sent to my Apple Watch number even though it’s a paired plan which means that I only get texts sent to the number linked to my phone. 

So I’m guessing that the DPD shipment notifications were also sent to that Apple Watch number! 

The EE person has updated this for me with DPD so let’s see what happens. Fingers crossed. 

Seems like someone has thought things through at EE 😅

Anyone have an idea when the Series 10 Titanium 42mm will be available from EE? all thats been shown both pre-order and now today is 46mm.  Thanks.

I don’t even know if my order is actually active. Ordered 11th. Was showing shipped on the 12th and I had a new number in my account which has since disappeared. My account shows no active orders and the orders tracker by order number still just shows dispatched. Anyone else have a similar issue?

And as if by magic, I have now received my one hour time slot text with the PIN. Great news and it will be here by 1.30pm. 

I suspect had I not managed to get EE to update my number on DPD’s system then I might not have received it. 

@ilomilo , the pre-order for Apple Watch 10 and IPhone 16 versions were only available from the 13th of September, so I would suggest you speak to customer service, as I cannot see how you could have done it earlier, as there was no preorder before that date.

I did it on 12th September as they started the ore orders for the watch earlier I did on the phone on the 12th myself, I was on the phone with Emily at EE and she was like as of today no stock has allocated to me yet so wait by the end of the day and we will send you a text message on your mobile number so let’s see, it’s always a wait for us impatient souls anyways!

Had to check the date then thinking I got mixed up. Was definitely the 11th for the watch. Know the iPhone was the 13th
