@BellMoll The watch isn’t network locked provided it’s a cellular watch which a GPS version isn’t. Does it have a red ring around the crown button? If it does it’s a cellular watch. If you already have an Apple watch you can transfer the data plan over to the new watch. Just back up the watch and then disconnect it from your phone you’ll be given the option to retain the plan then just setup the new watch you’ll get the option to add the cellular connection to the new watch.

Hi @BellMoll
Welcome to the Community.
Is your Apple Watch the GPS only version, or is it GPS + Cellular?
As long as it has cellular (mobile network) feature, and the device is unlocked for use with any network, then yes you'll be able to use the Watch data plan that you have with your current EE service.
To do this simply follow the steps on Set up data on Apple Watch page.
