Apple Watch had eSIM removed by EE

Ha an Apple Watch since September 2024, been working fine, turned it off last week while I was away (left the watch at home) now getting error

Your EE account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch. Contact EE at 150 for more information.

EE have no idea what this means and have sent a replacement eSIM which never arrives
