I’m trying to put my EE plan on my Apple Watch but it’s been showing this screen for days. I called EE up and they said I needed to change my EE sim pay as you go plan to a pay monthly plan. I have done this and still nothing has changed… any ideas?

@Sophie-1999   So you are  now a contract customer?   If you are you need to reset the watch and set it back up again as your watch is still trying to setup with your PAYG and you can not have a Watch tariff with PAYG.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve unpaired and resent my watch and still the same message is showing am I doing something wrong?

@Sophie-1999   You are doing this with wifi switched off on both devices?     And are you definitely a contact customer?

Yes wifi is off and I have a monthly sim plan. They said I needed this plan so I can have my Apple Watch using this also.

Hi @Sophie-1999,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Have you allowed up to four hours for your plan to activate?

If you have, please get in touch on 150 so our Technical Support Team can help.
