Apple Watch - Unable to add with new Full Works

I have just purchased the Full Works contract which now includes a smart watch plan.

Upon trying to setup my Apple Watch via the Watch app it displays error code 007 which means no additional lines are available on my account.

Phoned 150 and they couldn't set it up but upon asking other team members the answer was to transfer to billing and take a payment now so they could add a line.  Billing then told me that even if I paid early a new line would not be available on my account and they should never have transferred me to them.

I have even reset and unpaired the watch to dismiss this is the issue.

Please could anyone tell me how to fix the issue?

@tstranack68 I would definitely recommend highlighting this with your complaint handler on your next update, as I mentioned too there's a chance that they can raise a credit referral for this too. 

I'm going to make sure to get this fed back as well.

I contacted the complaints team via the online form but never received a reply. 

luckily I cancelled within the 14 days but if the complaints team had replied they could fix the problem I would have remained on the 2 year contract.

Also I found using speedtest multiple times that the 5G speed  wasn’t anywhere near as blazing fast as the Vodafone 5G is which surprised me.

This is where EE are a little more expensive, amazing customer service wow. All resolved, The Full Works issue was a glitch on their side where new customers taking up two new lines raised an issue on billing side. It’s not credit score related I’m 700+
