Hi there I’m on EE the works plan. I tried to add a cellular plan to my account which I was led to believe is included. My account was taken out early August 2025.
I tried to add it and I was told that due to my credit rating it cannot be added? How is that the case if it should be something included in my package?

@Eleven-Twelve It’s still a 2nd line being added to your account and you still get credit check for that regardless if the watch data is included with your phone/sim contract.

I would suggest speaking to customer service to see why you cannot add the Apple Watch Cellular to your account.
Were you wishing to order a new cellular watch, or just the plan?
