Apple Music through EE

Why can’t I add Apple Music as a family plan as I already have it as an extra. Just want to upgrade. But won’t allow me

@Caswell1981 EE don’t offer the Apple Music family tariff. It’s only the personal tariff, if you want the family tariff you need to take that out directly with Apple.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
