Hi - I took up EE’s offer of 6 mouths free on Apple Music, but all the system has sent me is a link to the app - Apple wants a code which I assume EE needs to provide but ringing 150 is no help at all. Any advice?

Hi @LoveMachine616,
Welcome to the EE Community
Once you open the verification link to the app, if you are on Wi-Fi Apple will need to send a 4 digit code via text to verify the subscription on your number, the text comes from Apple rather than ourselves. Is the mobile number showing correct on that page, and if you request to resend the code does nothing come through?
If you are having trouble receiving the verification text from Apple, try fully closing down the app and turning off your Wi-Fi so that you are on your data connection. Then load the link again as that will skip the code page and should then show the Your plan includes Apple Music page to complete setup.

All I get is a message saying there is no subscription from EE. On the EE sites it shows indeed 6 free months but after trying for days I've somehow managed to get a 3 months free offer. EE agent after going through a few hoops just gave up saying it's normal for Apple to show 3 months free and then pay GBP.10.99, EE then simply carry on paying for a further 3 months so all I need to do is accept the free 3 months deal. I did, furthermore I've kept screenshots of this communication so when my bank account is charged EE will happily refund me.
Oh, I got the exact same with what's supposed to be a free 6 months for Apple Arcade. I got 3 free months so all I need to do is get an EE agent to confirm the 3 shown by Apple actually means 6.
Great.

Hi @Lokho It does sound off that you're getting a message stating that there's no subscription from EE, I'd certainly recommend giving us another call so that we can get that investigated for you.
You can find a link to our Contact Us page here
We have a dedicated page around the 6 month Apple Music offer which details how the offer works, and it also a link to the offer's terms, just click this link here
