Hello!
One of our work mobiles has been locked out and we need to unlock it with apple, however apple are requesting proof of purchase for it.
The phone is on a 24 month contract and they won't accept proof of contract. Any ideas on what I can provide apple to help us get back into the phone?

If this phone was purchased as part of business contract, we would need the named account manager to contact our customer care team.
Provided they're able to pass security, we should be able to get the proof of purchase emailed over.
