This morning I had an amazing interaction with Sam on the phone who helped me get back up and running with my phone after it was stolen. Other EE employees were very nonchalant and unsympathetic but she took the time to listen to everything that was happening and not only that… provide solutions that no one else even attempted to help with.
The best part about this, was that she provided her EE email address incase there were any further problems I needed to follow up with her with.
There is a difference between just doing your job… and actually caring about the people you are trying to help. And there was genuine concern and a desire to help from Sam, which was very appreciated after everything that has happened to me.
so yes, thank you very much Sam!!

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear that your phone was stolen, but delighted to read that Sam was able to help you get back up and running in such a manner.
It sounds like she done a fantastic job and made a really difficult situation a lot easier for you. Thank you for sharing this with us.
