I used to be with EE until earlier this year. During my time I purchased a pair of Apple AirPod Max alongside my contract. They seem to need a service due to a Bluetooth stack problem which stops them from pairing.
I called Customer Service in order to get a proof of purchase as I don’t have anything to show my ownership. The billing team saw that I purchased them but was completely unable to to send me a proof of purchase even though they said they could see the payments.
Anyone able to help? I am quite unhappy as I paid a lot of money for those.

There is no account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS again and ask them to send a receipt or a letter/email confirming.
Although not sure why you would need this if you are possession of the earphones as this is a known issue.
