Hi i have recently had trouble with my i phone 6 and lost 4g, i went on advice and tried various ideas that led for me to believe it was my sim card. unfortunately i put in my new sim card and it did not work either. could someone assist me further on what is the next step as i use the phone for work and cannot get 4g whilst on site.

Can you log into your My EE app, go to settings and make sure use data is turned on?

i have registered the sim card and still the same and yes it shows the 4g at the top of the phone.

What happens if you try and access any apps or Safari?

Hi Leanne,
yes when i click on the app it says that safari cannot open gthe page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server

Have you tried resetting the factory settings?
This will remove any saved WiFi passwords.
