ESim order

I rang customer services this afternoon to order a new eSim. I was on hold for about 20 mins. The system was down so the customer services representative said they would call back to confirm my order… they said they would do this 5 mins after I got off the phone with them. We are now 2 hours+ later and I’ve not received a call. Please could you confirm that my new esim has been ordered and sent out. Thanks, Richard

I'm sorry to hear that you hadn't heard back. If you still haven't heard anything, I would recommend calling again to double check the order.

As it took me over 30 mins (on hold and speaking to a representative) yesterday I won’t have the time to call back to confirm today. I hope the order has been placed and the Sim sent. Thanks, Richard
