@olafare  Have you tried a factory reset?  You need to backup your device or all information on it will be lost, 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i think i will have to take it to EE shop. I cannot do anything, none of the apps, settings etc are working, I cannot even switch it off. Thanks fro your help

Thanks for coming here.

Can you try pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart the phone, does this work for you?
