failed insurance claim

I was trying to make a damage claim for my Galaxy S22 Ultra but couldn't find out to select from the drop box asking for my phone's model name.

And my online claim was continuously declined.

 Does anybody have a suggestion for these?

If your claim is being declined I would recommend giving us a call. 

Our customer care team can be contacted for free on 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider. 

Alternatively, you can call 150 from any EE handset.
