I have noticed that more and more EE Wifi hot spots sem to be appearing. However, when I try to log in as an EE broadband customer (using my email address and password), it simply goes into a loop and aske me to enter it again.... As an EE broadband customer, it would be useful to make use of this service, as my data package with Tesco mobile is very small. ANy thoughts on how to resolve thsi would be useful. Thanks.

Hi @Liz121171
Thanks for coming to the community.
Just to check, do you have a home broadband account or is this a mobile WiFi broadband account?
When you try logging in, do you have your EE account details saved or do you manually enter these? Also, have you tried using a different web browser to see if you can log in?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi
It is a home broadband account
I am using Chrome as a browser (only one installed on my phone) and I type in my email address and password details.
Thanks

Hi @Liz121171
New EE Broadband and BT Broadband customers receive unlimited free access to the EE WiFi network.
Most new EE Broadband and BT Broadband customers are automatically registered for EE WiFi, unless you've opted out. You can get online at an EE WiFi hotspot using your EE ID or BT ID and password.
You can find out more on our Help with EE WiFi page
