I cannot get a registration code for WhatsApp on my new SIM what is the solution?

How is this registration code being sent - is it SMS text message? Or an in-app notification?

If it's in-app, you need to query this with WhatsApp. If it's a problem with SMS, have you tested receiving texts from other senders?
