Took a fully working flip 6 samsung to bristol store for a warranty repair. Fully working just the crease in the middle was getting to me a bit. Cosmetic Only 9 months old. The sales.person took my.phone away to ask the technician whether it would be warranty. Comes back and said no its not covered. It will be £275. For a repair. Didn't go for it. Went out the shop. Tried to phone.my daughter. Screen completely unresponsive. Went back in staright away. They denied all knowledge. After searching its a well know scam with Ee. They have your phone damage it and say the damage is invalidate warranty. I cant see how a big corporate company can do.this to make extra money.. maybee a small.market.trader or independent shop. But Ee??? Theres lots of evidence all over the Internet of this happening with ee repair centres. Ive just been had. Flip6 samsung. Ruined. They basically made the crease worse and now got a black line with black.fluid creeping up the display. Are they on a bonus system. To get repairs out of warranty, customer finances the repairs. My guess is. They make.more profit repairing a phone private than what they would get warranty rates. .
