Using Samsung watch with different provider

I've bought a new Samsung watch, but it's for my partner who's with O2. I get 4GB of data with it. Can she use the watch and data through me, even though she's with another provider? So she gets full use of the watch? Eg. Her texts and WhatsApps and also so she can reply to them too.

@Ashleigh9696  The watch will be linked on account too your device so when your phone rings you watch will too.  This can not be given to someone to use and link it with their device because as above on your account linked to your phone.     You can not cross network watches and phones.
