I have today received my upgrade Samsung mobile and copied all my apps and data via Samsung SmartSwitch which worked great.. How do I now transfer my EE account from my old Mobile to my new Mobile so that I can use it for calls etc

As you upgraded you keep your mobile no. & that remains in your MyEE a/c.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Did you receive a new SIM with your new phone? You can either:
- Ignore the new SIM & put your old SIM in new phone, or
- Activate the new SIM in new phone & bin your old SIM.
