Hello, I am a long-term EE user. I've been using EE for more than three years now. I have 4 handsets and one watch contract with EE. Today, I saw in my app that I am eligible for an early upgrade without paying any fee. I thought I was gonna pre-order S26U when it drops. So I contacted customer support one of the people said I can add on Tech extra with my phone order. I wanted an iPad with my phone. The next person aggressively tried to sell the broadband and he lied to me that if I place the broadband order then I am gonna get 20£ discount when I upgrade my phone a few days later. But that is not true. So the next agent filed a complaint about the misleading info given by the other agent. Anyway, my main question is can I add an iPad when I upgrade my phone? Or is it possible to upgrade my watch to an iPad? Because one agent said it's possible. NB I am not eligible for a new line as I already have lots of lines with EE. Even if I am paying off properly but well. Thanks

@Sv3n Yes you can change the watch for an iPad, it’s not exactly an upgrade but you just give 30 days notice to terminate the watch contract and start a new contract for the iPad.
