Unlocking my s7 edge

NPapp
Visitor

Hi, I have a second-hand, clean-IMEI Galaxy S7 Edge that is network locked to EE. The online portal gave me a 16-digit code, but when I type it in, it says 'Network unlock unsuccessful.' Can an EE moderator help me get the correct Master Defreeze Key (MCK) to unfreeze the handset?"

Enter the last 8 digits of the 16-digit unlock code. Then enter the 1st 8 digits. Then the complete lock code should work.

Once the website gives you the unlock code & invites you to "unlock phone" its work has finished. The actual unlocking is then carried out on the device itself.
