I have a Samsung phone which I have not used for more than 3 years. I just want to unlock it to trade it in. I got a 16 digit number but when I entered it, it told me it was incorrect. The phone then locked and now says I need a MCK. I have no access to the account linked to that phone. How do I unlock it?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Enter the last 8 digits of the 16-digit unlock code. Then enter the 1st 8 digits. Then the complete lock code should work.
