Speed of mobile connection and buffering.. is anyone else having the same proble

I've been having very poor connection issues for a few weeks and it's buffering more than ever?

Any suggestions before I change to a different network?

@Shirll8  Is this one location or every location you go too ?   Is this indoors or outside?  Are you on contract or PAYG ?  And just to check is that via cellular data or are you connected to a WiFi connection?  If connected to WiFi who is the service provider?
