Screen damaged find X5 pro

Hello I smashed my phone screen I do have full insurance, my question is will it get repaired or will I get a replacement phone as to be honest I will prefer to be repaired and keep the same phone . Many thanks

@zicsom  The best way to go about this would be to go to an EE store so they can send the device off for repair.    If you call to claim on insurance then a device will be sent out to you and you’ll have to return the broken device back.

@zicsom , it will be a refurbished one, and once your phone is repaired, you would have to send the refurbished phone back once you get your phone back from being repaired. EE will not give you a new phone.
