Samsung a13 won’t switch on

Hi I was watching a Facebook video when my Samsung A 13 went dead and now won’t switch on. Please can someone help I’ve tried to contact technical at ee but they are closed!!

Thanks for your reply. My battery was charged and it hasn’t switched on since last night I have now managed to speak to EE and they have put me onto Samsung who are arranging to pick the phone up tomorrow. I was panicking because there was nobody to speak to and I’m grateful for your reply. I’m sure they will now sort it out for me just that I will be left without a phone. I can borrow a business phone from work and put my SIM card in. It’s a nightmare as everything is on my phone and I have a busy week ahead!

Since your post last night has your phone switched on?

Are you aware if your battery was running low when you were wanting the video on Facebook?
