Hi i have a samsung galaxy a35 and since Monday 24th August I have been unable to receive and make calls to people like my mum or anybody. I cant make calls to EE to discuss my problem. Every time I call the call drops. Its happened indoors and outdoors. But text and online is working ok. Ive been using my mobile data though as internet services was cut off. But I could still call out and receive calls before the new bill came out but as soon as the new bill has generated I cant make calls or receive them either. I tried turning it on and off and the aeroplane mode method still nothing and yet mobile coverage in my area is good service. I have reported the problem to EE on monday and nothing so I did another report today on the same thing as nothings happened. Please help me

Hi @SongBird1992
The experience you're describing of being able to text and data but no calls sounds like you're on a Data only plan.
The fact that this only started once your bill was generated also points to the plan having changed on your bill date, which is the usual change over process.
Have you contacted customer service recently about your account at all?
I'd recommend giving customer service a call from a different phone so they can check you're on the correct type of plan.

Hi @Northerner
1. No the device isnt EE as I bought the device from Argos
2. Yes my account is up to date.
Not really as no other device in the house.
Thanks
