Hi all,
I recently upgraded my contract and decided to go with the Flip 4 for something different,
The screen has already stopped working and there is a huge line in the middle of the fold area.
I rely on my phone for my business so luckily, I still had my old iPhone to use.
What would you all recommend I do to get this sorted, I also don't feel I can rely on the flip4 to use for the duration of a 24-month contract, will EE let me pay to change/swap to another phone even after the cool down period is over?

@Streety19 They’ll not let you swap the device, You need to call customer services so you can report the problem and have the device sent off to be looked at. This is covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Thanks for the reply, will pop into store today and get it sorted.
I guess I will have to sell it on and buy something more reliable.
