Hi, since last week I've had lots of issues with my phone restarting on its own. I have contacted Samsung and completed all actions including a factory reset. Still happening. Took it into EE shop and diagnostic showed nothing wrong. I then showed shop worker what was happening and he took it for repair. I collected phone yesterday when I was informed a new battery had been fitted, this was not stated in the information sheet. Information sheet stated they could not find any faults. The phone has continued to restart. Am I just to put up with this as they can't seem to find anything wrong when they do diagnostic.... doesn't mean it's not happening when it shouldn't be.
Any ideas or is this something I can take up with consumer rights?

Hi @Faye0205
How long have you owned it?
It sounds like the motherboard is faulty and needs replacing tbh.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply! I have had phone since April 22. Very good condition, not dropped or any water damage.
I feel like I'm speaking to a brick wall as the repair people found nothing wrong, so therefore how do I get them to replace motherboard??

Hi @Faye0205
I would suggest calling us on 150 or visiting an EE Store again to get this looked into further if this is continuing to happen after being repaired.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Have you had any joy getting this sorted?
I have been having the same issue with my S22. It started off restarting every few hours or so now its constantly restarting.

I would have loved to have been able to... However my phone was constantly restarting before I could even come off the lock screen. I had gone through the Samsung live chat they suggested Maintenance mode however it didn't work. Got it booked in with my network provider for repair.
