Replacement Watch

Hi, 

 

I have recently returned from my honeymoon in Turkey where I believe my Samsung Watch 4 was stolen. I have spoken to one of the advisors who has blacklisted the device but I was wondering what my options were in regards to getting a replacement watch since I am still paying for the airtime.

Can I just buy a watch and bring it in store and have them link up the airtime to that new watch since there is no option to buy a watch on the EE website.

@MB20222  Yes you can purchase a watch elsewhere and use that with your current Watch tariff.   You will have to call customer services to get this set up because of the lost number watch.
