Replacement Watch

Hi, 

 

I have recently returned from my honeymoon in Turkey where I believe my Samsung Watch 4 was stolen. I have spoken to one of the advisors who has blacklisted the device but I was wondering what my options were in regards to getting a replacement watch since I am still paying for the airtime.

Can I just buy a watch and bring it in store and have them link up the airtime to that new watch since there is no option to buy a watch on the EE website.

@MB20222  Yes you can purchase a watch elsewhere and use that with your current Watch tariff.   You will have to call customer services to get this set up because of the lost number watch.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Congratulations, @MB20222! I'm sorry to hear about your watch, I hope you enjoyed your honeymoon despite this.

 

As @Chris_B said, we'll be able to link a new watch to your existing watch plan.
