Mobile keeps switching off intermittently

I have backed up and reset and it is still doing the switch off

I'm sorry to hear your having issues with your phone.

You've done the right thing in trying a factory reset.

As this hasn't resolved the issue, I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team on 150 who can run through some further diagnostics.
