Why are EE charging me for a free service re: Messenger sending pictures? It's nothing to do with EE I've had several previous charges and in the past been refunded so what's going on? Why do I have to keep messaging you EE??

If you are being charged you must be sending them as ordinary MMS (Picture Msgs) not thro' Android (Samsung?) Messenger, maybe to recipients who don't have that same Messenger.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
