Phone cant make/receive calls and mobile data doesn’t work

My Samsung s20 Ultra suddenly stopped making and receiving calls and the mobile data doesn't work either. When trying to make a call, a message on the bottom shows saying "not registered to network". I've tried restarting the phone, made sure flight mode is off, taken the sim out etc, the sim works in other phones however not my Samsung s20 Ultra.

Hi @Hisham6

Where did you get your device, from EE or elsewhere.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

I was abroad however I have roaming on my contract, it was working the whole time

I bought it from Samsung but my phone contract is with EE

But did you enable it by texting ROAMING to 150 before you left UK?

Yes I did, however I'm back in the UK and it still doesn't work, still displays the same "not registered on network" message

Hi @Hisham6

If you are continuing to see this error now you are back in the UK and your SIM works OK in other phones, I would recommend getting in touch with Samsung
