Yes, for are returning to you for no reason, yet I've not had any
communication from them

I am sorry the order has been returned. 

If DPD has returned the device, once we receive this the order would be cancelled and any payments refunded and you can order again. 

If you would like more details on why the order was cancelled, please give us another call.

Mine has been showing as dispatched for almost a week.  I’ve heard nothing.  I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max.  I am a new customer to EE & this isn’t a good start.
