Ordered phone on Tuesday, tracking says dispatched. Still waiting 😠

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone.

When it is on the way to you, you'd get a text from DPD, or notification in the DPD app if you have that set up, to let you know when it will be delivered.

What phone did you order?

Thanks for reply, I've had nothing and considering most mobile companies do
next day deliver, this is very poor

Our devices are also next day delivery once they are dispatched from the warehouse, we use DPD for our shipping. 
Which device did you order, and which date did it show it was dispatched?

Shown as dispatched on Wednesday, ordered Samsung a15 had nothing in emails
except about my direct debit. Needed a phone urgently

As it shows as being already dispatched, in this instance I'd recommend contacting Customer Service directly who can check the location of your package as well as provide you with your delivery tracking reference number.

Can't call you as I have no phone, I tried earlier in my sons phone but
wasn't wasting his usage when I have to wait 45 mins

So can someone explain why I'm still waiting for my mobile to be delivered, it was ordered last tuesday, what a joke. and I'm not using someone else's phone again and waiting a n hour for a answer
