My phone screen broke and I had it Fixed. I had to do a factory reset before the phone was repaired.
Before I had the phone repaired I could click on an email and the three dots and there were so options as report spam, move to, add label but they have disappeared.
Also if I am searching for emails from a company it would come up with all the emails from that company or person. Unfortunately it does not do that on my Google Pixel 7 pro phone.
Can anyone know how the search bar will find emails from a company or person. Also how to get the options back especially report spam please

Hi @carolina63.
Thanks for coming here.
If you have the latest version of the app and it is still not working as it should I would recommend getting in touch with TalkTalk.
They will be able to investigate this further for you.

Are you using the same email app on your new phone as you were your old phone?
I've no idea what email app the Pixel series uses, but the Samsung stock one allows searching on "from", "to", "subject" or "all! fields.

Hello I am using the same app as I did before the phone was repaired

Hey again @carolina63!
Without knowing the exact email app you're using, it's hard for us to recommend which steps you need to take to get this resolved.
If it's a dedicated Talk Talk branded app, you're definitely best off speaking with them like @Katie_B recommended, as it's not really something we could provide support for.
If you haven't already I would recommend making sure the phone you've received back, along with all its apps, are fully up to date too.

I am using the Gmail app.
I have contacted talktalk and I am in an ongoing conversation with them.
This issue only happened after my screen broke so I am unsure why it is Talktalk's fault

It sounds like this is an issue with the email app itself @carolina63
I'd recommend having a look at the following Gmail help pages:
Report spam in Gmail and Search in Gmail
If your Gmail app is not responding in the way it should, as with any app you may need to refresh the app by uninstall and reinstalling it.
Should you continue to face an issue with the functionality of the app, you can use the Gmail Help pages where you can reach out for further support.
